FOR SALE BY SEALED BID AUCTION INVITING OFFERS IN EXCESS OF THE £11,950 GUIDE PRICE - ALL BIDS MUST BE REGISTERED BY 4PM ON MONDAY 22ND JUNE- SEE LISTING OR CONTACT US FOR FURTHER DETAILS
We believe this to be a Colvic Watson 32 . The vessel is being sold by Dover Harbour Board pursuant to its Power of Sale under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, and thus being sold as seen, we do have a transcript of Part 1 registry (expired September 2019), which states that it was built in Southampton by Jay Jay Marine, fitted with a Ford Lehman engine, last out of water in July 2015. We believe the interior will require a full refit as well as work required on the exterior, the owners are open to offers. The vessel is currently ashore.
Please call our Kent – Chatham Office+for further information or to arrange a viewing following strict social distancing rules.
Conditions of sale
"Heather Dawn of Dover" is being offered on a sold 'as is, where is' basis without any warranty of condition or description, hence the low guide price. Any buyer is encouraged to view and it may be possible for permission to be obtained for mechanical inspection or survey at their own cost and risk. All bids must be submitted in writing on an official bid form by 4pm on Monday 22nd June 2020, these will then be presented to the vendor for consideration.
The company normally acts as brokers for the vendor who unless otherwise stated is not selling in the course of a business. Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of these particulars the correctness is not guaranteed and they are intended as a guide only and do not constitute a part of any contract. A prospective buyer is strongly advised to check these particulars and where appropriate and at his own expense to employ a qualified marine surveyor to carry out a survey and/or to have an engine trial conducted which if conducted by us shall not imply any liability on our part.
General note on safety equipment: Any safety equipment such as liferaft, fire extinguishers and flares etc., are usually personal to the current owner(s) and if being left on board as part of the sale of a used vessel, may require routine servicing, replacement, or changing to meet a new owner’s specific needs.
