For sale ashore at Birdham Pool Marina - unused for some months so needs minor attention (shown in brackets) but freshly scrubbed and antifouled and skin fittings checked ready to go back in the water. Propeller recently repainted and fitted with new shaft anode.

Deck and Equipment – stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and wire rails. Non-slip deck surface cleaned and repainted, clear acrylic windows (possible minor leaks may need resealing), teak cockpit coamings and toerail (could do with cleaning and oiling). 12KG claw-type anchor with 10M 8mm chain, mooring lines, fenders, boathook, deck brush, buckets, etc.

Engine – Sea water cooled Volvo Penta 2002 – 18 HP (1989) with standard engine instruments in cockpit (rev counter not working), (engine due oil and filter change on launching). Basic engine spares included.

Sails – Roller reefing Jib and slab reefing mainsail (both sails and sail covers could do with removal and cleaning). Provision for StackPack lazyjacks (cordage needs replacing).

Instruments – Garmin GPS chart plotter, Nasa flux-gate compass and depth sounder/log (log not connected) in binnacle ahead of main hatch. Masthead Windex (broken) and VHF antenna. VHF radio with AIS receiver connected to the Garmin plotter.

Cockpit - All halyards brought back to cockpit cam-locks with 2 Anderson 10 winches for halyards, 2 Anderson self-tailing 12ST winches for jib-sheets, single Lewmar winch for roller reefing line. Fittings in cockpit coaming and tiller for Autohelm 2000 (included). Base for removable cockpit table (included). Hardwood outboard bracket on pushpit rail and stainless steel boarding ladder. Split backstay with tensioner. Stern greaser and bilge pump in cave locker and draining gas locker.

!2V Electrics – twin batteries (with 1/2/both/off swich) for engine start and domestic power. Switch panel with circuit breakers for interior and navigation lights (masthead light needs new bulb), instruments and VHF radio, electric freshwater pump and gas alarm.

Shore Power – panel with mains RCD device and 12V DC power supply connected through !2V switch panel to replace battery power when alongside. 16A connector and shore cable.

Interior – Galley and heads refitted in 2019 – both with stainless steel sinks and faucets. Storage lockers above heads and below sinks. Galley with twin burner gas hob, mains fridge and microwave, mugs and crockery storage. Gas alarm. Removable saloon table with drop-down, removable leaves. Fitting for alternative small table. 2 berths in saloon, V-berth in forecabin (cushions for main saloon berth and one of the forecabin berths only). Fitted headlinings in both cabins and heads.

Water - 200L in under-berth flexible tanks with 12V Jabsco pump to galley and heads
