DESCRIPTION

EXHAUSTIVE 3 YEAR YACHT REFIT DESIGNED FOR SERIOUS WORLDWIDE CHARTERING

Unlike any other yacht in her class, this 145’ Cheoy Lee Global Series was designed for SERIOUS ALL OCEAN CAPABILITIES. Her high free board and “ship like” appearance dockside dwarfs other cruising yachts this length. Custom built in 1996 and delivered in Hong Kong as “SeaShaw”, this amazing world capable long range 6 stateroom Mega Yacht traveled the world many times over. Now she has been painstakingly rebuilt from hull to mast and vastly improved to meet modern day state of the art expectations of the yachting industry. Her timeless Frank Mulder Design is as modern today as when built. She is one of the only 6 stateroom yachts this size. Her new hull design and modifications allow her to temp any Oceans of the world with confidence from the ice of the Arctic to the shallows of the Bahamas. Refit under supervision by Naval Architect Arthur Barbeito & Associates Inc. Miami, FL. and Marine Surveyors Marc Slakoff & Associates, Inc. “Island Heiress” is unparalleled in the world market for a truly world capable long range mega yacht.

"Island Heiress" has six staterooms, two with Pullmans and can accommodate 14 guests. There are six crew staterooms for a total 10 crew, the captain's cabin is separate on the sky lounge deck. With a 29' beam the interior volume of this yacht is exceptional throughout, and you can feel it the moment you enter from the aft deck or the formal entrance to starboard. From the foyer you can accesses the central stairway up to the sky lounge, or down to the guest staterooms. The master stateroom is forward on deck with large L shaped head in marble. The commercial-style galley is next and to port with the dining and main salon aft. An on-deck head is at the starboard foyer.

Upon entering the vessel from the foyer of from the aft deck bar area, one can immediately feel the purposely informal casual feeling of this spacious interior. Designed for long range worldwide chartering this interior is a refreshing departure from the typically "posh" interiors of most mega yachts. Each area is warm, inviting, and very casual. The heads throughout the vessel are Italian Marble. The staterooms are all very spacious and uncluttered. All areas enjoy a state of the art AV system with KVH MobileCast iPad Crestron controllers.

The dining salon is open to the main salon and features a large round table with seating for 12. The main salon has a very large L shaped sofa and features a formal bar with seating that can accommodate multiple servers for parties and overlooks the aft deck.

Below, the guest accommodations include three queen staterooms and one large twin stateroom and one over under guest stateroom ideal for body guards, pilots, or kids. This stateroom is around a curved hallway for added privacy from the other staterooms. All accommodations have en suite Italian marble heads with showers.
