Classic Wooden Trawler constructed entirely from old growth Teak. You need to see this boat to appreciate the beauty of a classic Cheoy Lee. The hull was repainted in 2019. It is still in fantastic shape. The boat was once owned by TV Star Fess Parker.
Only two of these boats were ever built. Designed by William "Bill" Lapworth in the 1950's. These two boats were built in Singapore (or Hong Kong) of Teak. Single Detroit Diesel 671 powers this lovely trawler. There is a Kohler 12.5 KVA generator that can be an emergency drive for getting home.
Hull is 1-1/2 carvel single plank teak, monel strapping, copper riveted to bent yacal frames
The interior and exterior appointments are all of Teak construction.
Frames are 4" and 2-1/2 x 2-5/8 on 16" centers

Once owened by TV Star Fess Parker of Daniel Boone fame. There were only two of these boats built. Designed by William "Bill" Lapworth.
An upper deck with helm station adds space. Teak lady has a spacious back deck with teak accents. You enter the pilothouse cabin with dining table and helm station.
The Galley is in the pilot house on deck level with three burner stove, Microwave.
Stairs down lead to 3 Cabins with double berths. Two heads with electric Vacu-flush toilets add privacy to the cabins.
Water heater and washer/dryer are on board.
This is a classic trawler with plenty of space.
