Design and Build

The Cavalier 39' built by Export Yachts (New Zealand) to a Bob Salthouse design. One of New Zealand's most highly respected yacht designers who had more than 60 years in yacht design and is credited with more than 750 designs.

Export Yachts was a leader in fiberglass and composite yacht construction. They pioneered the use of vacuum bagging in the 1980's. The Build Quality is that of a custom yacht while the hull and deck were built in female molds with water tight bulkheads, fore and aft.
