The Catfish 1300 AK - Eigenbouw is a modernly equipped motor yacht with an aft cabin and all the amenities needed for a longer stay on board. The yacht we offer comes from the first owner, is in good condition and has few hours of sailing. However, the double glazing in the saloon needs to be repaired or replaced because of moisture between the windows.

The aft deck of this Catfish 1300 AK - Eigenbouw is fitted with a complete camper tent. This increases the outside living area considerably so that you can stay on the rear deck comfortably protected in less favourable weather conditions. Via an easily accessible staircase you reach the living space below decks. The large windows and the steamed beech interior make it light and cosy. The well-spaced salon has an open connection to a very spacious galley. Here you will find all the necessary equipment and a large comfortable round seat. The owner's cabin in the stern is furnished with a free-standing double bed, which has electrically adjustable slats, a washbasin and cupboard space for personal items. There is also a separate shower and a separate toilet room that can also be reached from the hallway.
