Her beautiful design is accented by teak bowsprit, grab rails, and hatch, and the hallmark Catalina bow and cockpit rail cages. **Marina slip for the 2021 season and storage cradle are included in the sale** This Catalina 30 has an updated reefing mainsail and genoa sail and the original sails are there for auxiliary use. The autohelm, headsail furler, lazy jacks and well-positioned self-tailing winches enable single-handed sailing. The huge cabin hatch and wide open cabin space make moving about the Catalina very easy. Two large Settees are nicely spaced for crew to socialize, dine or rest, and give occupants the feel of a much larger yacht. There is room to sleep 7!. The forward stateroom with sliding privacy has an elevated V-berth for two sleepers. The port-side settee converts to sleep two. The starboard-side settee sleeps another, and the aft cabin berth is a large bed for two more. The galley is outfitted with CNG stove/oven and a real double sink! Cabinet storage abounds with drawer and cabinet storage in the galley, beneath settees, along with the paneled cabin, and in the forward stateroom. The Universal 25 diesel is positioned far forward of the cabin hatch which makes access to the engine much easier than the engine-under-cockpit designs. 2020/2021 storage is paid which includes raising the mast and Spring launch.
