• UT test 300 shots on Hull. • Re-machine both shafts to 5” O.D. • Removed all concrete ballast from vessel. • Removed all rust from vessel and replaced with new steel. • NDT and air tested all new bulkheads and framing. • Major Overhaul to both Detroit 16V92 Propulsion Engines back to Detroit specs.(Complete rebuild) • Major Overhaul to both John Deere 4045 Generator Engines to John Deere specs.(Complete rebuild) • Major Overhaul to both Twin Disk MG527 Marine Gears. (Complete rebuild) • Install new engine room back Bulkhead. • NEW 5- blade Bronze Props for increased speed and efficiency, PLUS Rebuild Stainless Steel 4-blade Propellers back to original size and pitch. (60x48) • Replaced 8,199.096 lb. of steel on her hull.
