Here we have for sale is a 1968 Brooke Marine 40ft Aliminium pleasure vessel currently lying at Essex Marina - This yacht is in need of a complete refit. No engines, but does include rudders, shafts, props and everything you see in all the photos. This would make an ideal project. This is a sealed bid auction only running from the 1st-30th September 2020.
This vessel is to be sold by the Admiralty Marshal of the Courts of Justice in England and Wales, who will certify that it is free of debts, liens and encumbrances. All inspections welcome
