Accommodations

While the First 44.7 looks and performs beautifully on the racecourse, below decks it shines far above others in its class. The accommodations have been designed with emphasis on space, ease of movement and comfort.

Rosalita's dual air conditioning/heat units and generator will ensure you and your crew and guests are comfortable year-round and during extended cruising. You’ll feel confident entertaining friends in the spacious salon, well-equipped galley, three comfortable cabins and two heads. The interior woodwork is stained in a pear-toned finish and the many fixed hull ports, opening ports, and deck hatches supply plenty of natural light and ventilation. Particular attention was paid to maximize storage throughout the interior.

In the elegant salon you’ll find an innovative, adjustable, curved settee adjacent to the dinette which can be easily moved out of the way. Across from the generously-sized dinette is a varnished chart table and abundant storage.

The private forward owner’s cabin, with its separate head and shower, is comfortable enough to make anyone feel right at home. The forward head can double as an excellent locker for extra sails for racing or extended cruising.

The two aft guest cabins both have double berths, storage and easy access to the centrally located head across from the galley. All berth mattresses are custom cut with a custom made pillow-top mattress topper for the berth in the forward cabin. Interior details include:
