About this Beneteau 62
This Beneteau 62 is powered by a Perkins Php diesel engine with a new Gori 24x155x3RH folding propeller (2017)
'Bogey' also benefits from a 16hp bow thruster which had new gear box and valves in 2012.
She features a 8kw Mastervolt Whisper generator with approximately 450 hours. There is also reversed cycle air conditioning throughout the boat.
This Beneteau 62 features a aluminium Sparcraft mast with discontinuous wire standing rigging, and an electric headsail furling lazy bag system.
Her sail inventory consists of a fully battened main by One Sails (new 2016), One Sails genoa (new 2016), a spinnaker and gennaker.
This Beneteau 62 is equipped with a plough anchor with 120m of chain and a Lewmar Electric windlass.
'Bogey' features all teak decks and cockpit, and benefits from a double cockpit construction allowing guests to relax on the deck saloon while she is helmed from aft.
She also has a hydraulic opening bathing platform to aft.
The interior of this Beneteau was designed by Pininfarina and is finished in birch woodwork with mahogany trim and furniture.
She provides accommodation for up to nine guests in four cabins. The owners cabin to aft can be accessed directly from deck, and features a double berth and additional single berth, as well as sofa and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Two double cabins forward both benefit from ensuite heads and share a shower compartment.
A further guest or crew cabin is also provided with an ensuite head.
The spacious saloon has a large curved settee to port, an oval dining table to port and two movable chairs; opposite to starboard is a another settee and bookshelves, aft of which is the navigation station with full sized chart table and electronics built in.
The galley is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, ice maker, four burner gas stove with oven, double sinks, watermaker and plentiful storage.
