Accommodation
Originally constructed as a three cabin 6 berth Cruiser Flybridge, but converted to a 2 cabin providing a much bigger galley area and hanging locker.
The transom has a walk through gate on either side providing access to the aft cockpit with rear seating and heavy duty sliding door to the main saloon.
The saloon has furniture cabinets on the port side with an L shaped seating area opposite and a moveable table with a folding leaf.
Moving forward there is a step up to the inside helm with a double bench seat, the curved instrument panel provides full engine instrumentation and VHF Radio, Navigation Aids, Remote Search Light, a Vetus Bow Thruster, an Auto-helm Auto Pilot.
There is a step down to the galley on the port side which is equipped with a combination oven, a sink unit, ample work surfaces, fridge / freezer and lots of storage cupboards and lockers.
The guest cabin is on the starboard side with a double island berth, two opening port holes, storage lockers and wardrobe. This cabin has a Jack & Jill door into the day heads which has an electric flush marine toilet, moulded corian style wash basin, mirror storage cupboard, heated towel rail, opening port hole and blind.
There is also an Owner's Forward State Cabin with a centre island berth, opening side windows, a centre deck hatch for ventilation, wardrobes for storage and reading lights. This cabin has its own en suite which is equipped with an electric flush marine toilet, heated towel rail, moulded corian style wash basin and an opening port hole.
This boat also has an Eberspacher Heating System with its own separate diesel fuel tank as well as a Cruisair Marine Direct Expansion DX Air Conditioning System. (The air con has not been used by the current owners and will require attention).
The boat has a massive flybridge with a double helm seat, additional passenger seating, a sun pad rear deck and a wet bar equipped with a fridge and sink.
The boat also has sun pad cushions for the foredeck.

A HMRC Letter confirming the above status will accompany the Title Documents on completion of a sale.
