Accommodation

Access to the boat is via a wide bathing platform with a centre transom gate. The Aft Cockpit has a Bait Well Tank and an additional Fish net roll bars on both sides. The Aft Cockpit is a good size which will easily accommodate 6 fishermen. It has addirtional wooden bench seats There is also good access on the starboard side to reach the bow and electric anchor windlass.

The Pilothouse has a rear opening sliding patio style door leading to the main helm position on the right-hand side which also has a side opening door for easy access to the side decks. A single helm seat providing good all-round visibility and there is additional seating opposite with a table and a top roof hatch for additional ventilation.

As you step down going forward into the V of the hull there is a heads on the starboard side with a marine toilet, holding tank and a stainless steel wash hand basin. Further forward is a galley equipped with a stainless steel sink and a single gas hob burner. There is a 12v fridge located in the wheel house. Roof Deck Hatch for additional ventilation. A new JVC radio and stereo was fitted in July 2019.

Opposite is a seating area which has an infill cushion to create a berth and there is also a midships double berth beneath the pilothouse cockpit.

Mechanical Systems

This Arvor 280 AS Deluxe is fitted with a Cummins Mercruiser 4.2 Litre, 320HP Diesel engine with only 221 hours as at the 6th September 2019. It has a shaft to a 4 blade bronze prop. The engine was last professionally serviced in August 2019 by MC Marine when a new sump was fitted.. She has an aluminium fuel tank that holds approx 400 litres of diesel. She will cruise at 14 knots and has a maximum speed of 22-24 knots depending upon load. Through tunnel Bowthruster.

Electrical Systems

It has 3 x 12V batteries all new in 2018. 1 x Engine start battery and 2 x Domestic batteries that are charged by the engine alternator, 240V Victron battery charger. It has a 240V ring main with sockets.
