Lucas Yachting:Designed by Bill Dixon, well-known Naval Architect and famous for his Moody yacht designs, Xerades was designed for a specialised yard in Spain.

This new design was a development of the hugely successful Moody 31 and slightly larger at 32’. Bill Dixon's object was to provide a more efficient under-water shape with lead keel, a luxurious interior with attractive layout and high-quality construction with an expertly laid teak deck - now replaced to a very high standard by Birdham Yacht and Boat Repairs.

The stylish interior represents the best design concepts of the early 90s, with a carefully designed deck layout, a modern rig with all sail controls led aft, with a full complement of cruising equipment, Raymarine instruments, Webasto heating, power windlass, epoxy coatings and much more! OWNER COMMENTS This is a much loved yacht, which during the past 14 years has been completely restored, professionally maintained, comprehensively upgraded and lightly used in home waters. The only reason for selling her now, is age and health problems, resulting in the decision to reluctantly part with Xerades after enjoying her superb sailing qualities and comfortable cruising. We are entrusting Lucas Yachting to find us worthy buyers, to take Xerades forward to perhaps more ambitious cruising with new caring owners.
