The Albin 43 is a solidly built trawler with two staterooms, two heads, and twin Ford Lehman diesel engines. It is fuel efficient, comfortable, and would make a great liveaboard.
This boat shows well and comes in a slip that may be transferable to the new owner (subject to marina approval.)
Update: Fresh bottom paint & serviced through-hulls. Two banks of new gel batteries for the house. December 2016.
Update: $20,000 price reduction!

Built in Taiwan, the Albin 43 Trawler is a classic design with a flared bow, walk-around side decks, and a solid fiberglass semi-displacement hull.
It has a forward v-berth followed aft by a head & shower to starboard, and a galley to port.
The salon has an inside helm to starboard, followed by a convertible dinette. There are large windows so it is light and bright, and port & starboard doors for access to the side decks. The sole is teak parquet, and the paneling is teak throughout.
Continuing aft down two steps into the master stateroom you will find a queen bed, and a private head & shower. Again there is teak cabinetry providing plenty of storage.
At sea, the ride is stable, and the twin Lehman engines power the boat to an 7 knot cruise with a range of around 900 miles.
Teak deck was removed and new non-skid applied.
New canvas cover for helm & bimini.
New helm cushions.
New holding tank.
Brightwork done. (Plus a set of canvas covers to protect it.)
New refrigerator.
Aft bank of 2 x 6 gel starter batteries.
Forward two banks of new gel batteries for the house. New December 2016.
Wooden mast & boom.
Spare anchor.
Both engines & generator regularly serviced. (Heat exchangers serviced March 2016.)
Overall, the owner estimates that he has spent around $100K since buying the boat in 2006, including putting in fluorescent lighting in the salon and the two bedrooms; a larger water heater; a second waste tank; a new refrigerator; the Xantrex charger; refurbishing of the Northern lights 5 Kw generator; two new teak window frames in the master bedroom; cured all water leaks (tested by recent rains); canvas to protect teak railings; new curtains; a new oven; and just recently, replacement of all starter, house and generator banks of batteries with the new gel type, and in December bottom painting and service of all thru-hulls.
