The Viking 65 is one of the few vessels designed as a cockpit motor yacht: not a motor yacht with with a cockpit added. Her four(4) stateroom floor plan is arranged with a spacious deck house salon with port and starboard wing doors and a day head. The four staterooms design, one that converts to a queen berth or two double berths, a bunk bed layout in the fourth stateroom, a large center-line queen VIP cabin forward and a large comfortable king private stateroom master aft. The 65 Viking was introduced in 1991, a much improved vessel and not to be compared to her predecessor 63 MY. The re-design styling of this vessel results in very efficient seaworthy vessel. The extended aft cockpit provides a great seating area as well as the additional storage lockers.
