DESCRIPTION

Remarks :
A lovely example of this popular twin-engined cruiser yacht. Built by Corvette Cruisers of Nottingham in 1986 she underwent a major refit between 2000 and 2005 when new engines, fuel tanks, windows, and decks were installed. She has the offset island berth in the aft cabin which always proves popular whilst the forward cabin has a larger heads with shower. Externally she is in good order with original gel hull topsides. The raised aft deck is fitted with privacy dodgers and there is a flybridge cover to protect the upper helm. The yacht has been continually improved and maintained inside with, amongst other things, had had new carpets, toilets, upholstery and headlinings. Electronic navigation aids include Autohelm speed/log and depth, Cobra marine colour GPS/Plotter, Raytheon autopilot and Icom VHF.
Accommodation :
The accommodation on the Corvette 32 has always been its appeal. Built at a time when most 32 foot boats were dark, dinghy and somewhat claustrophobic, the Corvette broke that mould. This is due to the hull shape, and the generous 13 feet beam. The result is accommodation normally associated with a 36 footer with a large saloon, generous aft cabin and a fore cabin that guests will be delighted to inhabit. The saloon is entered on the starboard side through a midships sliding door. This is a half door due to the height of the side decks. Three steps down into the main saloon with smart beige carpeting and 6-foot headroom. This is a bright and airy space with lots of glass giving helmsman and crew a great view of what's going on outside. The windows were all replaced circa 2005 and crucially most of these windows do open allowing ventilation. To starboard is a well-equipped galley with stainless steel sink, pressurised hot and cold water, 4-burner gas hob and good preparation areas. The worktops and sink units were all replaced during a major refit in 2005. Below the counter tops are a front opening fridge, a gas oven with grill, storage cupboard and 3 pin sockets. There is a handy pull out occasional worktop if required.
Opposite galley on the port side is an L shaped, well-upholstered seating area. This area has storage below and behind the backrests and can be utilised as a double with the use of an infill cushion. Drop leave saloon table is mounted on an adjustable height pedestal and is the base of the berth conversion. Also in the saloon is the lower helm position. Adjacent is the switch panel, CD/radio/mp3 player with saloon speakers and battery charger. Moving aft and down some steps is the spacious aft cabin with offset double berth allowing access both sides. There is a large mirror on the bulkhead, dressing table and cupboard storage. This has an en-suite head with electric flush sea toilet and porcelain sink.
In the bow is the guest cabin with saloon-style privacy doors. Here we have berths port and starboard which are very generous singles. The heads compartment has been enlarged and refitted during present ownership.  She now features an electric flush sea toilet, porcelain sink standalone shower unit. Both cabins have 3-pin sockets, reading lights, deckhead lighting and ducted Eberspacher diesel fired hot air heating. The interior furnishings are in good order and the berths are well upholstered and comfortable. Roof linings are in super condition.
