Very nice Spirit "S" version offered by her first owner. The owner kept her in a very nice condition and did not cut back on investments. If you are looking for a sporty yet comfortable ship build by e renowned shipyard, this Spirit 36s is what you want.
The Spirit 36 is known for her excellent sail performance and well finished details inside and out. This "S" version adds to that a three spreader keel stepped mast that is located a bit more forward than the standard Spirit 36 which results in a more sporty and modern sailplan. Besides all that comes standard with the "S" model, the owner invested in 2017 in a complete new Raymarine system and had her repainted in 2014 with a two component paint. Furthermore, this ship comes with an extensive sail wardrobe, all high tech sails which vary in age between 2011 and 2015. So the fanatical sailors among us can make the most of this ship.
The interior is well finished and has a warm and nautical atmosphere. In the aft section are two cabins with double beds and storage. In the saloon is at starboard side a large nav station and at portside a practical galley. Amidships are two comfortable settees with a center table. Moving forward in the ship you first find a wet cell spanning the entire width  of the ship and finally in the forepeak, there is the third double cabin.
