'Dirty Dawg' A 60' x 10' Aqualine Marine Heritage Widebeam,

Commissioned in 2013 and first sold in 2015 to the current owner.

A modern Aqualine Widebeam designed in the popular reverse layout, this vessel offers a fully equipped galley fitted with full sized appliances and granite worktops, an open planned saloon with a free standing sofa and foot stool, a luxurious bathroom and the master cabin is found forward and features a fixed double berth with built in cupboards and wardrobes providing ample storage on board.

Powered by an economical Barrus Shire 4-cylinder 50hp diesel engine with only 30 engine hours.

The engine provides all the required power whilst also ensuring this is done with minimal engine noise. Central Heating is provided by a Webasto diesel heater; A solid fuel stove is located in the saloon. Hot water is supplied by a Calorifier / Immersion / Central Heating. 240V and 12V electrics on board. Full Cratch and Cockpit canopies fitted in 2016.

Galley

Centre stern door entrance leads into a fully equipped galley (kitchen) with black granite work tops housing a stainless steel 4 burner gas hob and built in oven. Under counter fridge, stainless steel underslung sink with a single lever mixer tap under the starboard side window.

Saloon

Open planned saloon with a free-standing settee and foot stool, Morso multi fuel stove with tiled surround and grey hearth, built in TV stand/cupboard with antenna and side hatch positioned to starboard.

Bathroom / Head

A short corridor leading to a deluxe bathroom with enclosed shower cubicle, macerator pump out toilet and ceramic hand basin sitting on granite worktops with storage cupboards underneath. Full height cupboard with shelving, heated towel rail and washing machine.

Master Cabin

The spacious master cabin is found forward. The bedroom has been designed with plenty of storage in mind, a fixed double bed with storage underneath, bedside cabinets either side. Full height mirrored wardrobes and chest of drawers with flat screen television.

Heating / Hot Water System

In addition to the solid fuel stove in the saloon there is a Webasto diesel fired central heating system running three radiators and a heated towel rail, as well as the calorifier for hot water. The twin coil calorifier is also connected to the engine circuit providing heat for hot water when running. An immersion heater is fitted to give hot water via shore power (240V).

Electrics

The 240V system on board simply plugs into the shore line providing power to the sockets throughout the boat. When cruising, a Victron 1600 inverter ensures you are never without power.

4 x 120 domestic batteries, which are charged by a dedicated alternator, provides 12v power throughout. There is also a dedicated battery for engine starting.

General

Fully lined in oak veneer with matching hardwood trims.

High gloss marine enamel paint.

Karndean wood plank flooring throughout.

Spray foam insulation.

LPG gas system installed for oven and hob with a bow gas locker to take two 13kg bottles.
