The main interior of the yacht provides four sleeping cabins.

There are two beds (upper and lower) with lee cloths, a locker, a fold-down wash-basin, marine toilet and even a shower (with curtain).

Aft of the saloon on starboard side is a U shape GALLEY - perfectly laid out for practical use at sea and fitted out with dark grey Corian counter-tops, plenty of stowage, a fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, double sink unit. An extra foot operated foot pump for sea-water.

History And Refitting

NEREIDA was built for the current owner and was highly specified from new. She has been used only by the owner and his family, and always with a fully licensed professional skipper.

Following her delivery at the yard in Germany NEREIDA was based for the summer of 2008 in Varazze (which is a great marina and an easy drive for the owner to reach). After the summer the yacht was taken to the Trehard yard near Antibes for general warranty and service works in preparation for the ARC which she completed that year.

NEREIDA crossed the Atlantic in 2008 with the ARC and returned via the Azores to the Med in 2009. She had a general post Caribbean refit in La Ciotat and spent the following years based again in Varazze. She cruised each summer through the Mediterranean visiting Venice, Croatia, Sardinia, Tunisia etc.

Leaving in December 2013 she made her third crossing of the Atlantic via Gibraltar, Capo Verde, Grenada (crossing in 12 days). She later continued through the Panama Canal until Golfito in Costa Rica (she then returned to Palma de Mallorca in April 2014 by ship with Dockwise).

After some short summer cruising she has now returned to Mallorca to be sold.

June 2015 general service and maintenace pre-season and also a full refit of the mast and rigging including all new s/s rod standing rigging and a new headsail Bamar furler unit.
