CMB Yachts 114 San LiMi was bought by her current owner in September 2017 and her refit began shortly afterwards. It was clear at purchase that the wooden core was in very good shape, so the refit focused on updating the boat cosmetically both externally and internally, and updating her systems.

San LiMi's previous blue vinyl wrap was removed and she was fully repainted with the addition a 'racing stripe'. The hull was sanded back and the wooden hull was thoroughly checked before application of new epoxy layers and new antifouling. At this time the high quality teak decks were also sanded back and re-varnished, and the propeller and shaft/loom were reconditioned.

Internally, the original decoration and furnishings were completely gutted, and all of the wiring was replaced. To create a more spacious and open plan feel to the main deck, the ceiling was lifted and finished with a new headlining, including built-in LED downlights.

All the interior floors were sanded back and re-varnished. All new kitchen units and appliances were fitted.

The bedrooms benefited from new interiors including new mattresses and soft furnishings, air conditioning units were also fitted in all bedrooms. The ensuite bathrooms were all refitted with beautiful mosaic tiles and flexible seams.

To complete the refit San LiMi was fitted out with brand new designer Italian furniture, giving her a sleek and elegant finish.

Flybridge

The flybridge deck is accessible from stairs leading from the aft deck. Forward is a helm position, with excellent views over the bow. 

All sail controls are also located on the flybridge.

There are multiple sofa areas and a deck bar with mini sink, fridge, ice maker and barbecue, making the flybridge on San LiMi a great place for entertaining guests. 

Main Deck

The main deck of this CMB Yachts 114 features an open plan saloon and dining room, with a formal dining table and seats for 8 guests, and a comfortable lounge with large, comfortable sofas and a home entertainment system. 

To aft the sliding glass saloon doors lead seamlessly to a huge, covered aft deck, perfect for entertaining, sunbathing on the wrap around deck sofas, or alfresco dining at the large dining table. 

The fore deck also features a cosy built-in deck sofa area with an extendable bimini top, ideal for relaxing with a book, or enjoying the sunset.

There is a hugely spacious Master cabin which benefits from a king sized double bed, seating areas, and plentiful storage cabinets and wardrobes. The Master ensuite is large and luxurious, featuring 'his & hers' side-by-side basins, a full sized bath and separate shower cubicle.

The VIP cabin also features a centre line king sized double bed, plentiful storage and a spacious ensuite with large shower cubicle.

There is a further double cabin with a queen sized berth and ensuite bathroom, and a final twin cabin with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. These cabins each have an additional occasional berth to accommodate two further guests if required. 

There are a further two crew cabins providing accommodation for up to six crew.

Mechanical

This CMB Yachts 114 motorsailer is powered by twin 440hp MAN diesel engines, each with approximately 4500 engine hours. 

San LiMi is also equipped with 3 generators; a 35 KVA Onan generator, a 35 KVA Kohler generator and a 12KVA Onan generator. 

She benefits from air conditioning throughout (new units installed 2018).

This CMB Yachts 114 is sloop rigged and features all new One Sails from 2018, including: mainsail and two jibs.
