For Sale: Used Camper & Nicholsons 39 Centre Cockpit Cruising Ketch For Sale. This British classic yacht was built by Camper & Nicholson, the oldest yacht-builders in the world (established 1782) and a watchword for quality. Smilla was built to cruise in comfort and has been maintained beautifully (always wintered indoors) and her quality shows through to this day. Smilla has two double cabins with a flexible number of berths within the saloon. She is equipped with an up-to-date wardrobe of sails (the current owner is a sailmaker) which have been maintained to the highest standard. A powerful diesel engine make motor sailing and manoeuvring a joy. An excellent safe and comfortable sea vessel.
The accommodation aboard Smilla, a Camper & Nicholson 39 Ketch with centre cockpit can house seven people in two main double cabins with three other berths within the main saloon. Of particular note is the large Owner's aft cabin which has space, seating, storage and private access to the heads. The accommodation fitted to this vessel was of a high standard when built and has been maintained as such.
Smilla benefits from a full cruising package of recent navigation equipment that includes:
Garmin radar (2013)
Garmin 720 chart plotter (2013)
Log/speed Nasa (2013)
Depth/echosounder by Hummingbird (2013)

The boat is fitted with a bow thruster. The fuel tank provides a cruising range of 500 nm. The engine was last serviced in 2016 and the drive last serviced in 2013.
The Owner informs Precious Marine that he purchased Smilla because he wanted the history of a classic Camper & Nicholson yacht and the reputation for build quality that goes with it.
