This beautiful and well cared for Oyster 435 Deck Saloon cutter rigged sloop was built in 1993. She is very well equipped for ocean passages and has crossed the Atlantic four times.

She is rigged for short-handed sailing, with boom furling main and roller furling genoa and staysail. She is very well maintained, has had many upgrades, and is extremely well equipped for living aboard. She has a cherry interior with teak and holly sole. She has an aft cabin queen size centerline berth, ample storage in two hanging lockers and drawers and cupboards, and a private head. There is a V berth forward with ample storage and a head with a separate shower.
This Oyster 435 is a pleasure yacht however the owners have also obtained a MARAD waiver for business use (in most of the U.S.)
In the last 3 years she has enjoyed numerous upgrades and retrofits. New Bimini, New Cockpit Enclosure, New Liferaft and safety gear. New Raymarine Axiom Chartplotter, New Raymarine Autopilotand the addition of AIS transmit and receive.

Joinery is in American Cherry with Oyster ''Sovereign'' style joinery. Royal blue Alcantara (Ultrasuede) upholstery in as new condition in saloon and aft cabin.Full cushion covers Teak and Holly sole with recent 2 part Varnish and full custom carpets.

Saloon is light, airy, and elegant. 8 ports. Two forward ports and two lower side ports open for good ventilation and visibility. Custom saloon table with settee to port. Table folds out to seat 6-8. Two armchairs to stbd with drinks cabinet/coffee table between. Ample storage in nine lockers, drawer, and under settee. Four reading lights, two Alpenglow overhead light fixtures, and four Hela fans. Built in de-humidifier.

Galley is aft of saloon on stbd side. Force 10 4 burner gas stove with oven and grill (broiler). Vent hood and fan. Double sinks. Corian countertops. Glacier Bay 12V refrigerator and freezer. Microwave. Ample storage. 2 20 lb (9.1KG) gas cylinders with remote solenoid.

Aft cabin with centerline double berth with custom inner spring mattress. Leeboard and lee cloths. Hanging locker, bureau with drawers and lockers port side. Hanging locker,drawer, large file drawer and three lockers starboard side. Two large drawers under berth. Opening overhead hatch with Oceanair screen and shade. Nav station is to port aft of saloon and has a chart table with ample chart storage. The DC electric panel is aft, the instrument panel outboard with book shelf above, and the Generator panel inboard. All panels hinge down for easy access. There is an HP ink jet printer in a custom stand. There is storage in three drawers and in three levels under chart table. There are custom shelves and pen/pencil holders. There is a file drawer under the aft settee seat.There is an Alpenglo overhead light, and two chart table lights. There is one Hela fan.

Forward cabin has V berth with filler cushion. Hatch with Oceanair shade/screen. Hanging locker and two lockers plus storage under berth. Alpenglow overhead lights, and two reading lights. Hella fan. Custom seat for using V berth for sewing, etc. Forward Head has Raritan Sea Era electric head, and wash basin. Corian countertops. Two lockers. Two overhead lights and Hela fan. Opening hatch. Lectrasan head treatment system.
Shower compartment is separate and accessed from head.

Workshop is stbd side forward of saloon. Storage shelves and work bench with vise. Berth under work bench with three bins under. Cabinet above fwd end of berth.
