Since 1962 the Italian naval Sibma, founded by architect Ernesto Forty (who died in 2006), the father of the famous hulls in marine ply edged called EM, builds and restores wooden boats. For over thirty years the family business is run by Mario Quaranta, also an architect, which since 2004 has established its headquarters in Dolcedo, in the hinterland behind Imperia. Here you continue to recover wooden boats, building classic motoryacht series Armstrong and assist the squadron of Dragoons stationed in the Mediterranean Electronic tools for navigation: Autopilot (auto Helm).
