The Amel Super Maramu 53 is an ideal layout for long range cruising. With the cockpit in the center of the boat (most stable part of the boat), the layout allows for easy access to the galley and salon forward of the cockpit and easy access into the master cabin aft of the cockpit.

Vessel Walk Through
Vessel has the same functional layout for which all Amel Super Maramus are known. Starting forward the guest stateroom features a V-berth with filler/insert creating a large double berth. There is a locker and drawer storage outboard port and starboard. Next aft to port is the enclosed head with washbasin vanity and opposite to starboard a large hanging locker and storage area. The main salon features a U-shaped dinette with table that seats six comfortably and a locker and drawer storage outboard. Opposite to starboard is a pullman style settee berth that converts to an excellent sea berth and additional bookshelves and entertainment center. The galley next aft to port, is U-shaped with abundant counter space, double sink, gimbaled stove/oven, numerous locker and drawer storage, convenient to cockpit, comfortable and safe at sea. Opposite to starboard is the large navigation station with all navigation instrumentation, book storage, chart table and wet locker. Continuing aft through the starboard passageway is a large pilot berth outboard with ships batteries in sealed compartment below. The private owner’s stateroom is aft with a large head with shower to port. A large double berth is to port, sitting area to starboard, an additional deck hatch directly over the berth provides increased ventilation. All living areas have opening hatches and ports, 24vdc lighting,220v ac outlets, all berths have proper lee boards for comfortable safe accommodations at sea, watertight bulkheads, locker and drawer storage throughout.
