The Prout Sirocco is a small coastal cruiser with an amazing amount of accommodation and a good turn of speed. With a moderate beam they are marina friendly and provide a safe stable platform at sea. This good example has been cruised along the East Coast and across the Channel to Belgium and France and is now only for sale due to the owner's advancing years.

Accommodation
The accommodation offers up to five berths. In the starboard hull, separate heads compartment forward with marine toilet and washbasin. Chart table amidships. Cabin aft with single berth. In saloon, double berth forward. Two settees with saloon table. In starboard hull, single berths fore and aft with galley amidships. Two burner gas cooker with grill and oven. Sink/drainer with manually pumped water supply. 200 litre freshwater capacity. Coolbox.
Mechanical Systems
Located in cockpit, Yanmar 2YM15 twin cylinder 25hp diesel engine, installed new in 2005. Electric start. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Steerable and lifting outdrive with three bladed propeller. Single lever control. 55 litre fuel capacity in stainless steel tank. 6 knot cruising speed. Maximum speed under power 8 knots. The engine was last serviced in Feb 2019 by Neptune Marina.

Built in 1982 by Prout Catamarans to their own design. Off-white GRP hull with style stripes. Rubbing strakes. Off-white GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck. Aft self draining cockpit. Twin transom hung rudders. Wheel steering. 2018 survey, a few minor recommendations, all completed.
