DESCRIPTION

Remarks : This Cheoy Lee 47 Luxury Motor Yacht offers offers the interior space of a much larger yacht due to her wide body layout, with a significant amount of storage. She offers a rare blend of speed, economy, low maintenance, with a wide body salon. An excellent choice for extended cruising and for the live-aboard family! Built in 1987 by Cheoy Lee Shipyard Hong Kong, she was the last production model built. VAT PAID. Viewing highly recommended. Accommodation : Overview: Teak interior, 2.00m (6'6) headroom, accommodation for six persons in three double cabins, double bedded owner's cabin aft, double bedded and V-berthed guest cabins forward, two wc/shower rooms, two electric toilets, spacious full beam saloon with dining area, open galley with granite counter-tops, double sink, Norcold combi fridge/freezer, Galley Maid electric stove and oven, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, trash compactor. Marine Air air conditioning/heating, hot water system, water pressure system. Wheelhouse Upon entering the wheelhouse on the starboard side is a slide out chart table with chart storage draw beneath, also located here is the Furuno radar monitor. Central to the wheelhouse is the Captains seat, this is fully adjustable, with a traditional boat wheel in front and compass mounted immediately in front of this. The engine instrumentation is located immediately forward of the compass as is mirrored either side for easy monitoring. The navigation equipement, VHF, Autopilot, Depth sounder etc is are all located at at eye level. The view forward is via three windows, each with a wiper. To port is a door leading on the the deck, also to port is the stairway which leads to the vast flybridge and a curved stairway which leads to the forward accommodation Flybridge Access to the flybridge is via six stairs, and through a GRP hatch which is teak covered on the exterior, the hatch clips back for safety. Upon entering the flybridge on the port side there is a lifebelt and immediatley in front of you their is seating for three people. The starboard side has seating for at least 5 people, all the seating has storage beneath. On the starboard side a cupboard is located. Central to the flybridge is the steering etc, located here are the pilot and co-pilot seats, both seats swivel round. Further aft on this deck is the radar arch, and a vast area where a dory type boat or jet ski can be stored. The present owner has installed a MPSA hot tub. On the port side is a launching crane. The present owner uses this area for relaxing and has fitted dodgers for extra privacy. There is a full bimini on a stainless frame fitted. Accommodation forward Guest double cabin, This cabin has a double berth with beside tables fitted both port and starboard as well as a dressing table, wardrobe and several drawers This cabin has two opening ports which are both fitted with mesh screens. Located beneath the bunk are the spare propellors. The Jack and Jill Heads/shower can be accessed via this cabin or via the lobby at the foot or the stairs. The V berth fore-cabin has various drawers and small wardrobe. Access to the chain locker is via doors at the foot of the bed. Engine room The engine room is accessed via door from the double guest cabin, located here are the Caterpiller 3208 diesel engines, the Westebeke diesel generator, the main fuse board, air conditioning units and the necessary stop cocks for the engines. There is an opening port with mesh screen.  Galley The galley is aft of the wheelhouse and has a fan assisted electric oven and grill with a ceramic hob, twin stainless sinks, fridge/freezer, microwave, marble worktops and a range of both low and eye level cupboards. The boat is to be sold complete with stainless steel Darlington cutlery, Denby dinner service and Levazzo Coffee Machine. Saloon Immediately aft of the saloon is a small breakfast bar, on the port side just opposite the galley are four drawers and cupboard. The corner group settee, four drawer solid wood coffee table and solid wood filing cabinet and TV are included in the sale. The port side stairway leads down to the master double en-suite cabin Double sliding doors lead onto the: Covered Aft deck A great place to sit and relax and watch the world go by. The stainless steel stanchions are capped with a teak handrail. There is a cupboard on the starboard side. The emergency tiller steering (the arm is stored in the engine room) is located here along with a a diesel filling cap. Access to the bathing platform is via 3 steps, the inflatable dinghy and Mercury 3.5hp fourstroke outboard (new 2016) sit in the Simpson Stainless Steel davits or in the cradle on the Flybridge. Master Cabin To enter the master cabin you descend down the curved stairs, a opening port at the foot of the stairs with mesh screen and cupboard are located at the foot. The cabin itself is entered through a door with a wardrobe to port and along the engine room bulkhead and range of cupboards and drawers around the cabin. Central to the cabin is a King-size bed (underneath is the third diesel tank) To startboard is the master en-suite with separate shower. The cabin is light and airy and all ports are opening with mesh screens. 'Praise The Lord' has had new carpets (carpets were fitted to protect the parquet flooring), curtains, blinds, fire extinguishers, hot water tank (80 litre) during 2015/16 along with decks being painted mid grey. Inventory :

To gain access to the deck level you can either board by using the Marquip aluminium folding boarding steps (news wheels and spares 2016) which includes dodger that leads onto the wide covered GRP side deck which has stainless steel waist height guardrails. There are two  diesel caps are located both port and starboard along with holing tank (starboard) and water filler (port). As you move forward there is access to the wheelhouse via a sliding door and lifebelt before you reach the large fore-deck.  Located here are a bench seat with storage underneath also located under port side is a escape hatch for the fore-cabin. As you move forward there are stainless steel fender baskets located port and starboard, whilst towards the bow the electric anchor winch which has a Stainless steel anchor (which is located under the bow platform) the anchor is attached to  chain which feeds in the the chain locker below. To starboard is the anchor/deck-wash. Forward of the winch the bow platform which is non slip and has a spit rail so access to the boat is gained using the passerelle.
