DESCRIPTION

Air2Air - 2013 BENETEAU SENSE 46

This is a 2 cabin/2 head layout with the master forward with full head and shower. Loaded with 3 separate air conditioning units, genset, electric winches, electric heads, full electronics on both helms, all lines lead aft, and great canvas. Owner has had professionally maintained since new.

 RECENT IMPROVEMENTS:

Vessel was owned by a fastidious owner and captain maintained from new. The original owner purchased an Oyster 62 due to family size. The current owner is a New York Yacht Club member and lifelong sailor.

 At purchase any survey comments were zeroed and a number of improvements were made to the vessel while she was hauled out for survey... a partial list of the improvements is as follows:

1.New Awl Grip Paint in Hinckley Flag Blue

2.Two coats of fresh bottom paint

3.Prop speed to prop and saildrive leg

4.Full overhaul and inspection of saildrive, application of epoxy paint per yanmar service bulletin and replacement of zincs.  NEW 3 BLADE FOLDING PROPELLER

5.Replacement of 2 seacocks per purchase survey.

6.Replacement of speedo impeller

7.Full factory Yanmar service and replacement of pencil zincs and impeller along with filters

8.Full factory Onan service and replacement of impeller along with filters and fuel and water pumps. - Genset around 250 hrs as well.
