Lagoon 440 for sale, launched end of 2005, she is an owner version, and she has been continuously updated and maintained, and therefore ready to go anywhere.
Currently sailing around in Scandinavia, but will sail back down to Spain within the next month or two.
EU VAT has been paid in full, and she is therefore allowed to stay in EU waters indefinitely. Dutch registration is available for both EU and non-EU buyers.
With the systems installed, it is possible to anchor out indefinitely, due to large solar array, watermaker, LiFePO4 battery bank, windgenerator etc.
Icom SSB with PactorIII modem is installed for email and weather communications.
Hulls have been copper coated and will not need antifouling for the next 10+ years.
Mid/end August a new stackpack, new mainsail and new genua will be installed.
Please get in touch by email, for pictures and further information.
