The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.

Should you become the new owner of this yacht then the responsibility to re-register or update official bodies for items such as EPIRB, VHF, MMSI or AIS becomes yours.

Comments

This yacht was in charter in Croatia for the first 7 years of her life. Not heavily used wear and tear wise (esp on the interior) according to a 2019 survey report.

After sailing in Croatia for the early 2019 season she sailed to Corfu and cleared EU into Albania on 13th of September 2019, to reset VAT clock. New Transit log produced in Corfu on the 14th of September and she was lifted out on the 18th of September.

With COVID there has been no opportunity for the owners to launch and to Sail this season.

The survey ashore from December 2019 commissioned by the current owners reads well and is favourable about her time/use as a charter yacht.
