Aft cockpit version, with attractive blue hull, designed by John Askham, semi-displacement design renowned for its sea-keeping abilities, in deep "v" shape with round bilge. GRP hull, epoxied wood superstructure fitted by James & Caddy, decks with non-slip surface, aluminium framed toughened glass windows.
'Eastern' benefits from a regular program of renewals, including replacement of gearbox drive plates, replacement cockpit cover, refitting of grab rails, windows and wheelhouse roof.
PLEASE NOTE On lifting the boat out for storage it was discovered that the boat was suffering from Osmosis. The owner has had the hull professionally shot blasted ready for epoxy treatment. The hull has been monitored by a local surveyor who now believes the hull is ready to accept epoxy coatings. Therefore if you are competent this is a job that could be conducted by yourselves and enable you grab a twin diesel Weymouth 32 at a bargain price.
