DESCRIPTION

ARRIPAY is a very well presented yacht, clearly loved by her current owner.
The Hallberg-Rassy 31 is a capable cruiser with roomy accommodation down below, ideal for short cruises in comfort and safety.

Accommodation

Interior finished in selected mahogany with matt silk varnish. Deluxe grey upholstery throughout. Blue curtains to the side windows and under the skylights. Cabin sole varnished teak with holly inlays, carpeted throughout. Mikuni diesel fired warm air heating with outlets in saloon, aft cabin and heads.
All interior lights upgraded to LED except chart table and fore cabin.
MAIN SALOON:
Two settee berths, two metres long with lifting backrests for wider berth with stowage behind. Lee clothes fitted to both sides. Centreline drop-leaf table with bottle stowage in centre section. Lockers with louvred doors and bookshelves over settees and stowage under. Headroom 1.86m. Inspection hatch for bilge and log impeller.
GALLEY:
Galley to port with drawers and cutting board. Eno two burner cooker with oven. Double stainless steel sink with mixer tap. Pressurised hot water and cold fresh water. Filtered water foot pump. Separate filtered water tap/supply. Insulated cool box with 12v Frigomatic refrigeration unit. Good stowage.
CHART TABLE:
Starboard side is a chart table (half chart) with seat and drawers. Chart and nav instrument stowage. Electrical switch panel.
FORWARD CABIN:
Two berths, 2.12m long. Infill cushion. Stowage above and below. Door to main saloon. 240v socket and 12v charging socket.

AFT CABIN:
Double berth, 2.25m long at longest point and 1.62m wide at the widest. Hanging wardrobe. Shelf over berth. Two opening windows. Battery master switches, battery box below bunk. Door to saloon.
HEADS COMPARTMENT:
Bulkheads and cupboards in white laminate. Built-in shower stall with teak grating. Pressurised hot and cold water. Pull out faucet for shower use. Pump action sea toilet with stainless steel holding tank. Stowage over and under china basin. Mirror. Opening window and airing hooks.
