Remarks :

This 1994 built, launched 1995 Nimbus 31 Ultima with a single Volvo TAMD41 diesel engine on a shaft is one of the last aft cabin models to be built. She offers great accommodation throughout with a large cockpit and plenty of seating. This Nimbus has been extremely well maintained and updated with new items such as upholstery, curtains, batteries and lost more. She has just been antifouled and anodes changed ready for the current season. Well worth viewing 

Accommodation :

This Nimbus 31 Ultima will accommodate up to six people in three cabins. 

The Aft Cabin has a double berth with wash basin unit, hanging locker, shelving, seat with under-seat storage. The cabin has stainless steel opening portholes.

The Port Cabin has a double berth with hanging locker, stainless steel opening portholes with storage under the berth.

Forward of the Port Cabin is a large combined cockpit, galley, and saloon area. In the cockpit area is the helm seat and co pilot seat with slinging windows, twin sliding roof lights with roller blinds, a clock and barometer, Sony radio and CD Player. 

The saloon under the fold down canopy has wrap around seating, with a sun pad, fully veneered fold out table which makes seating six for dinner very easy. 

The Galley as a 12v fridge, two burner gas hob with gas oven and grill. Stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water. Lots of storage space.

This motorboat boat has a cherry wood finish which give it a real warm feeling which is added to by the diesel cabin heating. 

This Nimbus benefits from the improved heads layout which has more space and has a marine toilet with holding tank, hot and cold shower with a wash basin which has a vanity unit beneath. 

The saloon upholstery including the Helm and navigators seat was all replaced in 2020 as was the cockpit canopy.

Mechanical Systems:
Located under the saloon floor is Volvo Penta TAMD 41P, six cylinder 200HP turbo charged diesel fresh water cooled engine which has completed, as at July 2022, 965 hours. It has cable Morse controls. It is shaft driven to a four bladed bronze propeller with a rope cutter. The engine was last serviced in May 2022 by the owner. It has a 280 Litre Stainless steel fuel tank. It is fitted with a 4HP through tunnel bowthruster. This Nimbus will cruise with the trim tabs set at 15 knots and has a maximum speed of 21 Knots.
Electrical Systems:
It is fitted with 4 batteries, 3 x 12V 90AH domestic  and 1 x 12v 90AH engine battery all charging from the engine alternator, new in 2021 and via 240v shore power system with ring main with a new battery charger and regulator fitted in 2021,  immersion heater and battery charger.
