DESCRIPTION

The Nauticat 33 is probably the ultimate comfortable and practical cruising boat of her class.  The alluring combination of an outside steering position with exceptional visibility and the essential sheltered wheelhouse, with all-round vision, define the character of this boat.   One that is comfortable in all weathers and in all conditions. This Mk II sailing version with deep keel, skeg hung rudder and taller mast, can sail at 7 knots and achieve the same whilst motoring.
Since her current owner imported her in 2005, this Nauticat 33 has had a regular programme of upgrade and renewal of almost all the mechanical/electrical and electronic equipment to allow the  boat to operate independent of a mains electricity supply. Her wheelhouse and look may put her in the bracket of a comfortable motor cruiser but this rare MKII example enjoys a taller mast and deeper keel allowing for capable sailing performance alongside the unrivalled independent and comfortable cruising capacities of this unique cruiser.
This Nauticat 33 MKII is particularly suitable for those who like to sail in the comfort of a warm teak interior, sitting in the Captain's seat, auto pilot selected, wearing slippers, drinking an iced G&T, listening to music with a roast in the oven.
