This elegant Glen-L Riviera sports cruiser speedboat custom-built in the United Kingdom is for sale. Mayhem V combines gloriously traditional lines with high-performance from her 5.7 litre, 250bhp Mercruiser engine. The builder recorded a very comfortable 39 knots during her initial sea trials.
Mayhem V is an elegant & graceful, custom-built Glen-L Riviera model sports cruiser. Built by an experienced custom boat builder Mayhem V has spent her short life mostly as an occasional sports cruiser on the River Thames.
She has classic lines not dissimilar to famous Italian sports boat and sight of her contours up images of the Italian Lakes and French Riviera. Her model name 'Riviera' sums up her appearance perfectly. Mayhem V has a few blemishes her sides, which require a light saving and revarnish. The blemishes do not require immediate attention.
The hull is of cold-molded veneers and plywood. She has a convex vee bottom with flaring sides and generous transom tumblehome.
She has a powerful and fabulously mellow sounding Mercruiser 5.7 litre V8 engine producing 250 bhp (please listen to the video shown on these sales particulars). The builder describes her reaching 39 knots (GPS speed) very comfortably.
