Remarks :

St. Katharine is a 24 meters luxury Motor Yacht, a beautiful example of an ex Fleet Tender of the Clovelly Class built for the Royal Navy. This class of Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service boats were built mainly in the 1970s and named after villages and small towns in Great Britain.  She is ready for live a board, a B&B business, Charters or long voyages. Currently there is a possibility to buy her with a good running business (turnover approx. ?~B? 100K gross). For personal reasons after 11 years the current owners reluctantly decided to sell St. Katharine. She was Purchased in 2006 from Ireland, the current owners sailed her to Holland and converted her into a unique luxury ship with 5 double cabins (3 en-suite), 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. She also has a spacious well-equipped galley, big salon and 2 fantastic sundecks. One compartment is spare, this would be ideal for storage or a crew cabin with 2 bunks. All cabins have air-conditioning, central heating, tv-dvd and daylight/port holes. In the beautiful engine room, there is a reliable, economical Lister Blackstone 4 Cylinder engine with turbo charger, 2 silent pack generators (17 and 25 KVA).

Accommodation :

Cabin I (crew cabin):  Now in use as owners cabin. Dimensions 3.40 x 1.95  with 2 bronze windows (partly open) en 1 big port hole (emerge exit). Double bed (1.60 x 2.00), double cupboard, small dressing table, safe box, central heating, air-conditioning, television/dvd. This cabin is easy to convert in a dining room, with open area to the galley.

Galley: Dimensions 2.30 x 3.85,  with 2 bronze windows (full open). Galley is equipped with dish washer, electric oven/grill, micro wave/grill, ceramic cooker, hood, fridge/freezer. Lots of cupboard trough the galley. On SB side is a water tide (emerge exit) aluminium door .

Entrance - corridor: Entrance Port side, engine room door, stare case to the bride, locker, corridor with doors to cabin II, cabin III, bathroom, toilet, laundry and entrance to the salon.

Cabin II (captain's cabin): SB side.  dimensions 2.30 x 22.0 with 1 bronze window (partly open), square zinc with h/c water, cupboard, central heating, air-conditioning. Double bed (1.60 x 2.00).

Cabin IIa (captain's cabin): SB side.  dimensions. 2.15 x 2.45 with 1 bronze window (full open) cupboards and open shelf's, central heating en air-conditioning. This cabin is connected with Cabin II and have a wash basin with h/c water.

Bathroom: BB side (opposite cabin IIa)  Dimensions.  1.00 x 1.50 with 1 bronze window (partly open) with frosted glass, shower with terracotta and mosaic tiles, Grohe thermo tap, zinc with h/c water, cupboards and mirror.

Toilet: BB side (opposite cabin IIa)  Dimensions  0.90 x 0.70, with 1 bronze porthole , toilet flush with fresh water. Terracotta & mosaic tiles.

Laundry: BB side (opposite cabin II)  Dimensions. 1.60 x 1.10. 1x  Bosch 7 kg wash machine, 1x Bosch 7 kg condense dryer, Miele fridge-freezer (80 ltr.) and a Brema ice cube maker  

Salon: Dimension. 4.20 x 4.70 with 6 bronze windows (3x full and 2 closed)  2 portholes. Central heating (2x), On the Port and SB side are 2 water tide aluminium doors Interior:  8 persons bench with cupboards, long table, spots and speakers in the ceiling. 2 wine-beer chillers (40 bottles wine). LCD television and Sony Home Theatre system. Door to cabin VI and stair case to cabins III, IV and V.

Hall: Dimensions 2.55 x 1.65 . Central heating, book/DVD case, cupboard and 3 doors to cabins III, IV and V.

Cabin III:  Dimensions 3.60 x 2.95. The cabin has central heating, air-conditioning, King size double bed with draws, cupboards, dressing table with mirror, chest a draw, safe box and 230V-AC sockets En suite bathroom: dimensions 2.30 x 1.60 with shower cabin (80 x 80 cm.), Grohe thermo shower tap Further a square zinc with h/c tap, cupboards, toilet with fresh water flush, 230 VAC shaving socket and a  hydrostatic exhaust. Bathroom is fully tiled wit terracotta and mosaic.

Cabin IV: This cabin is identical with Cabin III..

Cabin V:  The dimensions en interior of this cabin are identical with Cabin III & Cabin IV, but only the shape of this cabin different.

Cabin VI: (access by door in the salon) Dimensions 3.40  x 3.00. This space could be converted to a cabin for 2 persons. Connections are made for central heating, air-conditioning, intercom, h/c water, toilet/gray water 24VDC and 230 VAC. The area is very well insulated en 4 deck prisma's gives full day light. Could also be used for a storage with an extra freezer etc. In the space the bow thruster is fitted, batteries and charger. Also the entrance to the chain locker. Lower deck from back to the bow:

Steering compartment: An aluminium hatch gives entrance to this compartment. The hydraulic steering gear is installed there and also 2 inspection manholes to fuel tanks (2x 6 tons) and 1 to the shaft cooling / ballast tank (6 tons). There is lots of space for paint etc.

Tanks: 2 Fuel with a total of 12 ton fuel and 1 cooling / ballast  seawater tank.

Engine room: Entrance trough the hall.

Guest cabin: 3 Cabins with en suite bathrooms and a hall

Cabin VI

Anker chain locker: With approx. 120 meters of stud link chain

Front/Ballast tank:  Ballast tank approx 6 tons.

Wheelhouse:

Dimensions 3.20 x 2.60, full aluminium. Entrance trough inside staircase or outside SB or Port. Water tide  aluminium doors. There are 4 sliding windows, 2 cupboards, 3 persons bench with 3 draws for maps, radio corner and small chart table. The original Navy brass telegraph, liquid compass and Lister Blackstone motor control panel are still present and in use. 

Main deck.

Front main deck:  Heavy anchor winch with 120 meters of stud link chain with a 400V driven electro motor and a remote control. Manhole to front ballast tank. On the front of the deck house is a Grohe outside shower (Hot/cold water) fitted. BB side is a door with a swim ladder. Staircase to the sun deck

Top deck. Sun deck: Sun deck approx. 30 square metre. 1x Gas BBQ . Dining table with 10 chairs, 2 umbrella's and a 8 persons lounge set with cousins.          

After deck: Aluminium box with 12 life jackets. Tender crane 230 VAC, Jacuzzi, 4 sunbeds and two 12 persons Viking life rafts.

GENERAL INFORMATION
