OWNER SAYS SELL NOW!!!

There are few yachts that exhibit the spaces aboard Adamaris. A custom-built yacht with very unique features in a custom builds that brand manufacturing does not easily provide. With a project begun in 2011 at Urkmezler Yat Shipyard, Adamaris has gone through an extensive refit in 2019 adding length and modernizations making her spaces even more alluring and comfortable.

Undertaking an extensive exterior refit in 2019 brought Adamaris modern amenity expected in today’s mega yachts. Most noteworthy in the refit are the added 4.6 meters to her length and the fitting of extra-large windows to the deckhouses and forehull areas. Adding to her modernization, the bulwark along the saloon was lowered to open her view floor to ceiling. The windows in the saloon are almost 2 meters tall.

The length added to the stern brings space for the extra-large aft sundeck. A great space for tender access with a beautiful, unobstructed view close to the water. Directly forward of the sundeck is the entrance to the beach club; yet another lounging area or a great space for a full gym.

Atop the yacht is a gorgeous sundeck complete with a 3m x 4m pool. Adding to the comfort is a steam room, massage room, bar, and lounging areas at the height of the yacht.

Further to her spaces, Adamaris carries two massive master staterooms; one on the main deck forward with massive windows allowing the ocean views in. Additionally, there is a private balcony in the stateroom designed much like a cruise ship. The second Master was added at this refit converting the sky lounge, aft of the bridge deck into an extra-large, private Master Stateroom. This stateroom has the floor to ceiling windows enlarging the feeling of space in this giant Master Stateroom. Both Masters have large bathroom and dressing areas.

Below the decks are two VIP Staterooms. The aft VIP Stateroom is full beam and equal to another Master Stateroom. The forward VIP is also full beam. Two more staterooms add to this deck. All Staterooms have EnSuite bathrooms.

Mechanically she is ultra-low hours on the MTU mains and very low hours on the 3 generators. The brand-new oversized 480,000 BTU air conditioning chiller in late 2019 assures the yacht remains cool during the hot summer season. Originally built to RINA specifications; she is not currently in Class.

A recent survey shows her in excellent condition throughout with the surveyor comments, “CONCLUSION AND SURVEYOR’S OPINION: As a result of my investigation, as shown in the FINDINGS section of this REPORT OF SURVEY, and by virtue of my experience, my opinion is OVERALL VESSEL RATING “EXCELLENT (BRISTOL) CONDITION”

The list of recent updates is extensive:

  • 3.6-meter extension to the stern
  • 1-meter extension to bow
  • Floor to ceiling windows in saloon and Sky Lounge Master
  • Full-size windows along forehull (On Deck Master)
  • Bulwark cutout for a clear view from the saloon
  • Garage converted to Beach Club
  • Paint entire yacht; deckhouse, hull, and hull bottom
  • Main Engine services
  • Generator services
  • New 480,000 BTU air conditioning chiller
  • Updated electrical systems

Sun Deck

Built as a tri-deck motor yacht, Adamaris gives you the added space atop.  Coming up the stairs from the bridge deck, you have a large deck with both covered spaces and an open deck.  Designed as a Spa Deck, guests are drawn to the panoramic views, great lounging areas, and, best yet, 3 x 4-meter saltwater pool.  To add to the relaxation, this owner added a private steam room with panoramic windows; the starboard side has a private massage room.   The full wet bar speaks for itself.

Owner's Deck And Fly Deck

An exceptionally large deck with great spaces for the owner and his party.  Two large lounge areas; the private Owner’s aft under partial cover; the other is forward of the pilothouse with fantastic views forward.  The pilothouse and captain’s quarters, and lastly the beautiful Master Suite.

A large, wide staircase from the aft deck leads to the fly deck.  This deck is just aft of the flybridge master stateroom overlooking the aft decks and gives the owner a private deck space off the master.   Full walk around to the Flybridge and then forward to the bow lounge complete this deck space for enjoying the yacht in all directions.

Owner’s Deck

Automatic doors from the aft Owner’s Deck brings you into the gigantic Master Suite.  The first thing you notice is the open view through the floor to ceiling windows running the full length of the room on both sides.  At almost 7.5 meters long, this Master is more a private get-a-away aboard the yacht with indoor and outdoor spaces that keep the great views; a retreat when privacy is needed.

The EnSuite bathroom is forward with an anti-room leading into the walk-in closet then into the private bathroom.

Full walkarounds for easy access fore and aft, the walk leads you forward past the pilothouse to the foredeck lounge; a wonderful space.  The view from here feeds our passion for why we love the water.  Covered for shade, the two U-shaped sofas face each other to give an intimate setting and room for many.  This is a wonderful place to spend the time underway or at anchor to watch the sunset (or sunrise).

Flying Bridge Deckhouse

The wheelhouse on Adamaris is designed for the yacht captain.  All the space needed to safely operate the yacht.  The captain’s stateroom with EnSuite head adjoins the wheelhouse.  Wrap around windows; wing stations to port and starboard; the full electronics suite; all the right stuff for safe, easy operation.

Opposite the captain’s stateroom is one of the ship’s laundry stations on the yacht.

Aft Deck

Up the fully articulating passerelle aboard to the aft deck.  This welcoming space introduces you to the yacht.  The 5.5-meter wide U-Shaped sofa gives seating for many and in the warmth of the sun.  Undercover is the Al Fresco dining table ready to seatguests.

Grand Saloon

Auto-opening doors from the aft deck bring you into the massive Grand Saloon.  Large enough for three rooms, the Grand Saloon Deck is approximately 17 meters (55’) long; much more reminiscent of a 55-meter mega yacht.  The refit outfitted panoramic windows almost fully floor to ceiling running the entire length of the saloon and dining room.

Further, the bulwark (hull side) was modified and lowered to enhance the views out.  While inside you still experience the beautiful water views.  A great place for entertaining or lounging.  Large sofas and tables are welcoming and warm in the Saloon.

The dining room is forward and boasts formal seating for 10 – 12 guests.  The floor to ceiling windows and removed bulwark keeps the unobstructed views while dining.

Forward of the dining is the TV/den; a third space in the Grand Saloon.  This is a more intimate area to relax at the end of the day and watch a movie or football game.  The U-shaped sofa welcomes you in front of the 65” wall-mounted TV.  Again, the panoramic floor to ceiling mirrors and bulwark delete keeps the outside view.

Convenient to the Grand Saloon is the starboard-side entry in the midships foyer with the large day head.

Main Chef's Kitchen

To port forward of the dining room is the Main Chef’s Galley.  One of two galleys aboard; there is another full galley in the crew quarter to enhance the cooking space for large parties.  Fully outfitted for the gourmet, this working galley is arranged with the chef and stewardesses in mind.

Private enough to keep the staff separate and yet ready to welcome the owner and guests with a clean, pretty space.  Granite countertops, Franke appliances including a gourmet 5-burner gas cooktop, full oven, convection microwave, and two side-by-side refrigerator/freezers.

The port-side entry door gives crew access separate from guest areas convenient to the entire ship from outside and into the crew quarters.

Main Deck Master Suite

Forward on the main deck is the second Master Suite.  Through a completely private entrance, this retreat is even more private than the Master Deck Suite.  Walking into the suite, immediately to starboard through a watertight door is a cruise ship style balcony.  Fully open to the sea, this is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise (or sunset) with an unobstructed view and open to the sounds and smells of the ocean.  With two chairs and a table, this balcony begs to be enjoyed while welcoming the new day in privacy, left to your thoughts for the day, or no thoughts, at all.

As you move into the Master Suite, the room is filled with light as the new 1-meter square windows, three to starboard and two to port keep the views open.  This room is approximately 7m x 7 meters.  Room for the king-size bed and a couple of seating areas within the suite.  Closets are along with the entry and into the EnSuite bathroom.

This Master Bathroom has the same 1 square meter window as the Suite giving natural light onto the makeup table.  Amidships is the marble-covered vanity.  There are a separate water closet and a massive walk-in shower with a rainforest showerhead.

Guest Deck

The wide, sweeping stairs from the main foyer takes you downstairs to the 4 guest staterooms all with EnSuite bathrooms.

Privately located aft and amidships is the large full-beam VIP Stateroom.  Nicely appointed for the first guest with tons of closet and drawer space.  The queen bed is to starboard and placed with the headboard forward.  At the foot of the bed is a massive wardrobe closet with drawers all around and lots of counter/desk space.  Opening portholes bring in light and fresh air.  The bathroom is to port and is roomy with a large shower and rain forest showerhead.

Forward Vip Suite

A second VIP Stateroom is forward with a walk around queen bed.  This room is also designed for the guest with ample storage; a large wardrobe and lots of drawer space.  The bathroom is to port with a walk-in shower and all the amenities.

Double Guest Stateroom

The third stateroom on the lower deck is a double bed with a fully EnSuite bathroom.  Spacious and ready for guests, there are opening portholes that being in the light and fresh air.

Twin Guest Stateroom

The fourth stateroom on the lower deck is outfitted with twin beds also with EnSuite bathroom.   The opening portholes being in the light and fresh air.

Beach Club

The refit in 2019 saw extensive additions and refinement to Adamaris.  Her aft section was enhanced with the 3-meter addition adding the large swim deck.  The swim deck now gives her a great launch space and outdoor lounging close to the water.

Her garage was converted into a beach club changing the space into yet another living area.  This space has been left relatively untouched and ready to be outfitted with a bar and amenity or would make a fantastic gym.  Complete with day head, this is a space for a day on the water.

There is much storage for toys here as well as engine room access and access to mechanical and engineering systems.

Engine Room

The ability to service and repair systems equates to lessening downtime, lowering the cost of repair, and keeping the yacht at the owner’s call.

Adamaris’ engine room, mechanical and engineering spaces are designed knowing engineers need quick, easy access to all the systems.  Very well thought out and taking advantage of the massive space to keep all systems convenient and quickly accessible.  She is an engineer’s dream with the amount of room to get to all systems quickly and easily.

Her MTUdiesel engines have a mere 600 hours.  Economical with 1410HP, the yacht cruises at 15kts and has a top speed close to 18kts.

Smartly designed for comfort, Adamaris is outfitted with 3 generators; Two 62 kilowatt generators with approximately 1000 hours/each and a 21 kilowatt for evening running with about 800 hours.  All services are fresh.

Crew Quarters

A private entrance into the crew quarters is right of the kitchen.  The separate entrance takes you down to the large crew space fully outfitted for complete isolation from the guest spaces.

The crew mess is a full galley completely outfitted for their independence from the guest areas.  Full electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, twin refrigerator/freezers, washer, and dryer; this is a full crew space.

The large settee and big screen TV round out the crew living area.  Above the settee is an additional bed should you need to take on an extra hand.

There are 3 staterooms and 3 heads with large bunk beds for 6.  The crew bed over the settee brings a total of 7 crew and the captain’s private stateroom and head on the bridge.
