MECHANICAL

Beta 14HP twin cylinder inboard diesel engine with Hi exhaust elbow (new exhaust system). Engine installed new in 2011. Raw water/heat exchanger, 55 litre fuel capacity with consumption per hour of around 1.2 litres at a cruising speed of around 5 knots. Alternator charging to 2 x 12 volt batteries (one 80 amp/hr and one 120 amp/hr). Shaft drive to folding 2 blade propeller. Engine hours approx 120.

NAVIGATION

Silva 100 compass, NASA echo sounder, NASA log, NASA wind speed and wind direction, GX1600E DSC VHF radio, wind vane at masthead, GPS, radar reflector, slide away chart table with charts, navigation lights (LED except for the stern light which is an above-spec filament bulb), steaming light and anchor light.

SAFETY

Jackstay lifelines on side decks, Danbuoy, lifebuoy, distress flares, 2 manual fire extinguishers, manual bilge pump, guardwires replaced in 2013.

DECK GEAR

Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, cockpit cushions, boarding ladder, tiller, spinnaker pole, 6 sheet winches including 2 self tailing, one halyard winch, outboard bracket on pushpit, 25lb main anchor with chain and warp, boat hook, 6 mooring warps and 6 fenders.

SAILS

Slab reefing mainsail with mainsail cover (cover new 2011). Furlex Genoa roller reefing system (2013) with furling No 1 Genoa (Westaway, 2013). No 2 Genoa, No 3 Genoa, No 1 Jib, 2 spinnakers. Alloy mast and boom and stainless steel standing rigging. (Forestay replaced in 2013, other standing rigging replaced in 2005).

DOMESTIC

Her galley has a gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill, portable ice box, various cutlery, pots, pans and crockery, water supply to the sink from 7.7 gallon flexible water tank. Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet (2013). Yellow patterned upholstery.
Accommodation
She has 5 berths in 2 cabins including 2 "V" berths in the forepeak and 3 berths in the saloon.

OWNERS COMMENTS

"Uforia" was purchased by her present owner in 2009, he is the second owner from new. She had a significant refit in 2009 to 2013 including the fitting of a new engine, Treadmaster on her decks has been replaced, her mast step has been excavated and repacked, she has new windows, new DSC radio with aerial and GPS feed, 2 new batteries and wiring to control panel, new gas cooker, new sea toilet, new cushions covers, new compass, new flexible water bag and 2 new pumps in galley and heads. Her keel joint has been refurbished externally and internally with new double sized floors glassed in, new furlex furling gear and new forestay, new Genoa by Westaway, new guardwires and Copper-Tek copper coating below the waterline. She was the winner in the local Royal Dart Yacht Club races every year and has been cruised throughout the West Country from 2010 to 2013 as far as Helford. She was laid up ashore in October 2013 and throughout 2014.
