The Gemini 3 catamaran (formerly Bioton) was designed and built at the Marstrom Co shipyard in Vastervik, Sweden. Marstrom Co also carried out the engineering. The construction of the catamaran was completed in February 2007. The yacht was made of prepregnated carbon fibre and Nomex using autoclave technology.
