DESCRIPTION

Accommodation The accommodation is attractively finished with high quality teak joinery throughout and offers up to six berths including the saloon. FORWARD SETTEE / OWNER'S BERTH: Large U-shaped seating area around a central table which drops to form a generous double berth with stowage beneath. Alternatively, if a permanent double berth is preferred, her owners have also created a removable fixed berth conversion which increases the berth size even further. This cabin area also benefits from an LCD 12v/240v TV with DVD, reading lights, an opening hatch to foredeck, two portlights, and could easily be separated from the passageway and storage area by a curtain if desired. PASSAGEWAY: Large open area with access to both sleeping cabins and the heads compartment fitted with excellent storage in a large wardrobe and various lockers. GUEST CABIN: A small double berth is located beneath the wheelhouse sole, separated from the passageway area by a curtain and fitted with a reading light and an opening portlight. HEADS: Separate heads compartment to port with Jabsco marine toilet, SeaSmart automatic sanitiser, washbasin, shower with pump out, mirror, cupboards, extractor fan and opening port light. Holding tank with gauge and manual pump out overboard. SALOON: Helm to starboard with a generous bench seat for two which flips to extend the dinette area, this can also convert to a small double berth if required. Separate navigators seat to port with a linear galley running aft equipped with an stainless steel 2-burner gas hob with separate oven, stainless steel sink and ample storage in various lockers and drawers. Isotherm sliding drawer type fridge opposite galley. Excellent all round visibility with increased light and ventilation provided by two large sliding sunroofs and sliding side windows. GENERAL EQUIPMENT: Pressurised hot and cold water supplied throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. Diesel fired warm air heating system. High quality cream velour saloon and cotton cabin upholstery. Fitted complimenting curtains including to portlights with teak and holly sole boards throughout. EXTERIOR: Large aft cockpit with teak laid sole, lazarette and walk-through stern access to a teak laid bathing platform. Custom made fitted seating, with folding brackets for increased lazarette access, clever step feature to decks and fitted vinyl cushions. Stainless steel grabrails, handles and wheelhouse roof mounted rail providing safe access to and from the foredeck. Mechanical Systems Located in a soundproofed compartment under the saloon sole, Volvo Penta KAMD43P turbo and supercharged 225hp engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Morse single lever control and electric start. Shaft drive with ProProtector rope cutter and shaft earth brush assembly fitted driving via gearbox to 4-bladed bronze propeller with protective skeg. Twin aluminium 260 litre fuel tanks totalling 520 litre fuel capacity, each fitted with a Barton fuel whistle to alert and prevent overfilling. Full engine instrumentation including exhaust temperature display with alarm (new 2015) and vacuum gauge to monitor Racor filter condition. Remote control trim tabs. Hydraulic wheel steering. Bowthruster. The engine has been regularly serviced and was last serviced in August 2017. A Volvo Penta workshop manual and various engine spares are also included. Currently showing 863 engine hours in August 2017 although this may increase gradually as still in use. White GRP planing hull with styling stripes, superstructure and decks with moulded non-slip surfaces. Hydraulic wheel steering to protected rudder. Enclosed wheelhouse with sliding door to cockpit. Self draining teak laid aft cockpit with walk-thru transom door and excellent stowage in large lazarette. Custom timber and stainless steel cockpit seating with folding brackets for improved access and fitted vinyl cushions. Moulded GRP bathing platform with teak inserts and concealed swim ladder. During her current ownership Tamara has been meticulously maintained and regularly upgraded by her knowledgeable and experienced owner. Amongst many other items, three new DZR seacocks were installed in 2016 and her engine monitoring systems upgraded to ensure reliability and accurate reporting.
