DESCRIPTION

Launched in 2002, FRUITION II is hull number four of the 112-foot series by Swan, of which 5 have been produced. She´s a strong built performance cruiser with ocean going capabilities, whilst still preserving comfort and opulence. She offers luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests in 3 cabins with en-suite facilities and carries a crew of up to 6 in the designated crew quarters, forward of the vessel.
FRUITION II differs from her sister ships because of her unique deck salon design which is somewhat more curved and swept back. Clever engineering also ensured that the deck height was increased. The deck salon is a light flooded area ideal for relaxing whilst retaining overall views.
North Sails, Marathon New 3DL sail wardrobe 2013/14.
FRUITION II has been active on the race circuit and winning many podium places and competing in races such as the Newport Bucket.
She is equally easy to go for a two-hour sail in the bay thanks to joy stick operating captive winches for the mainsail and genoa. When all the sails are out, it can be a one man operation.

INTERIOR and ACCOMMODATIONS

Walkthrough from aft:

Owner’s aft cabin:

The luxurious owner’s cabin is finished in polished teak, offering a lounge area with writing desk, a vanity compartment with folding mirror and safe. The queen size bed is built on the center-line of the boat. For fresh air, there are two electrically controlled hatches, with black out and mosquito screens.

The en-suite bathroom is spacious, decorated with teak panels and finished with marble. The crystal shower door separates the head from the shower area.

Guest cabins:
Forward of the owner’s cabin, on either side of the corridor we find two identical twin-bedded cabins each with en-suite bathrooms, also finished with marble. It must be mentioned that the size of these cabins is the largest out of the five 112’s giving the opportunity to fit larger single beds – 2m x 0.90m. Large portholes and flush deck hatches ensure that plenty of natural light and fresh air can enter the cabin. Both guest cabins feature a Pullman berth. All cabins offer hanging lockers, drawers and storage spaces. Full entertainment system.

Crew area:

The crew area is located forward of the salon and hence well separate from the guest and owner’s area. Entering the crew area, we notice a large professional / efficient galley on port and a spacious dining area for the crew to starboard. It comfortably sits five with full security and entertainment system to remain in control. Forward of this area we find the two crew cabins, each with 3 single beds. Each cabin has its own en-suite bathroom.

Deck Salon:

FRUITION II’s interior offers the perfect space for both entertaining and relaxation.

Entering the upper salon from the deck companionway we find to port the interior dining area with a large oval table, and to starboard comfortable sofa and coffee table.
Both areas are raised so that guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the outside. All the blinds are electrically controlled.

From the upper salon we go forward and down a few steps to enter the lower salon area which has a large sofa and coffee table to starboard.
This particular area is very beautiful due to the natural light that comes through the large windows above, and yet, the space can be intimate, by providing a perfect reading area or for viewing the 55” television, which is hidden away with a lifting mechanism to the port side.

Also to port is the navigation area with chart table

The entertainment system with Bose home cinema audio system, 55” television and satellite TV is fully integrated.
