DESCRIPTION

Well kept Express 37.  Design was to excel in long ocean races and easy and safe to sail short handed with good interior volume.  Great family weekend boat with the speed to win trophies on the race course (PHRF 72).  Don't miss this sought after racer/cruiser.  Call Bill Petersen for a personal tour.

Accommodations

The Express 37 is one of the all time great racer/cruisers.  These boats have a really nice interior layout.  Trimmed in Oak for a warm appearance.  A teak & holly sole adds a quality feel that the boat warrants.

The main salon has port and starboard settees which face each other.  There is a bulkhead mounted folding table that can be lowered to six easily for dinner.  The settees are also single berths watch berths which locate the weight in the center of the boat.

Forward is a generous vee berth, with wood batten material on the hull sides.  The head is on starboard just forward of the main bulkhead.  Opposite the head is a hanging locker, which doubles as a line locker when racing.

A galley is to starboard of the companionway, with a deep stainless sink aft of the ladder.  The nav-station is to port of the companionway with its very cool cold-molded navigators chair.

The aft area has large port & starboard quarter berths, with a filler cushion that allows this area to become a wonderful queen size berth that is full width.
