Remarks : "Shinook" is a 27 foot cruising yacht with deep safe cockpit, shallow draft, long keel with winged base and inboard Volvo Penta engine. Her keel ballast ratio makes her very stable and an ideal choice for those with a young family wishing to get into yacht ownership. She can sleep 4 in comfort over two cabins and has a separate heads compartment with sea toilet. Galley is adequate and features a two burner gas hob with grill and a 12V ice box for perishables. Deck stepped mast with all lines led aft. Good suit of sails including semi battened main and roller furling genoa. She is well equipped in both safety and navigation equipment. These include a colour chart plotter, wind speed/direction, VHF and a deck mounted life raft. Below decks is in super condition with recent varnish to woodwork.
