Teak swim platform with folding ladder. Teak transom that is beautifully varnished, as is the cap rail and handrail. There are breaks in the handrail at the transom and on both sides for easy boarding. The aft deck and side decks are covered and the width of the side decks make for safe easy passage forward for docking of anchoring. Roomy lazarette storage under the teak cockpit floor. With plenty of room here for lounging beneath the cover on the aft deck. Moulded in stairway up to the flybridge (significantly safer than a ladder). There is a connection for the 50 amp shore power cable in the cockpit, as well as a Fresh water shower (hot/cold). Large, double sliding teak salon doorway is lockable. The foredeck also benefits from safe/comfortable hand railings, The anchor pulpit is raised and features a capstan style windlass (with foot pedal controls, plus remote windlass controls at both helm stations) with plow anchor and chain, plus a smaller Fortress anchor that would conveniently serve as a "lunch hook" A Stbd side door, next to the lower helm station, that makes for easy single hand docking. Mesh windshield covers for the front and side salon windows. A Sunbrella "Captains Navy" lower windshield cover is also included, and is quite effective to ward off the Summer Heat. Windshield and Salon windows were rebedded in 2016.

Upper Deck:

Accessible via stairway from the cockpit, there is a sliding weather cover for the stairway. At the top of the stairs you will find an expansive bridge with lots of comfortable seating and entertaining space. Navy Blue sunbrella skirting and a Navy Blue bimini top all were replaced in 2012. The mast holds the Sat TV and Radar antennas, plus deck lights. This mast easily folds down thereby reducing bridge clearance. There are also sunbrella covers for all upstairs upholstery, Windshield, dash and steering wheel. The two Stidd Helm Chairs were added in 2017 and are the ultimate in Capt and Mate luxury. Complete helm station with a full set of electronics and controls, and quite possibly the best view in any harbor.

A Nautical Structures electric davit/crane (800 lb capacity) is mounted here as is a cradle for storing your dinghy. 2019 BRIG F330 Rigid Inflatable Tender with 20hp Honda 4 stroke outboard motor is included. There is a custom cover for this tender, which stores conveniently on the aft/upper deck.

Main Deck:

Walk through the brightly varnished rear doors and into the stunning salon. Teak and Holly floors with a bound carpet runner, excellent headroom and large windows. new roman style shades were installed for the Salon windows in 2017. There is a new (2017) Fusion salon stereo with Bluetooth connectivity, located on the port side with a Flat Panel HDTV forward, DirecTV receiver for this TV. The L-shaped sofa along the port side has storage beneath, and there is a Teak Hi/Low table with drop leaves. Along the stbd side of the salon, the original TV cabinet and barrel chairs have been removed and replaced by a custom Sofa with additional storage space beneath, this very nice upgrade adds significant seating and conversation ability to the roomy salon. All of the sofa upholstery was replaced in 2016. Just behind the lower helm seat is a dry bar with bottle and glass storage plus a built in Ice maker. There is a zone of reverse cycle HVAC for the main deck. The lower helm sits in the Stbd/Forward area of the main deck. Storage beneath the helm seat, a folding foot rest and Stbd side wing door are here as well as a full complement of Navigational equipment and controls.

The large L-shaped galley resides in the port/forward area of the main deck. Upper and lower teak cabinetry and clever drawer space provides galley storage options. Under counter refrigerator/freezer, top loading Ice Box, double stainless sink, 3 burner stove and built in Convection/Microwave oven, all in a location that gives excellent natural light and ventilation.

Accommodations:

At the top of the stairs there is a custom teak "baby gate" that folds and stores out of the way when not in use (this has been expertly done, and a Great Way to keep Toddlers and/or pets from venturing downstairs). The AC and DC electrical panel is located at the top of the stairs as well. To port is the Guest Stateroom with two single bunks and storage cabinets, reading lamps, stainless steel port light, and an overhead deck hatch for excellent lighting. Plus a door for privacy.

Across the hall is the Head and shower with a Sink and vanity, mirror, Vac-U-Flush toilet and separate stand-up shower with bi-fold door. Portlights and an overhead deck hatch provide additional light and ventilation when desired. There is a private access door from the head into the Master Stateroom. With a walk around queen bed, the Master Stateroom is comfortable and roomy. Rich teak cabinetry and abundant natural light combine to create a pleasing space with ample drawer and hanging locker storage, plus controls for this zone of reverse cycle HVAC. There is a second Sat TV monitor here with its own DirecTV receiver and a Blueray player.
