DESCRIPTION

60' x 10' Colecraft cruiser stern wide beam commissioned as a children's playboat by Cambridge City Council and now offered for sale with great potential as a blank canvas either as a liveaboard vessel or possibly another commercial use (the vessel is registered to carry 12 passengers). To arrange a viewing, please contact us by phone or email.

Construction - Steel plate - 10mm bottom plate, 6mm hull sides, 4mm cabin sides, 5mm roof.
Hull originally coated in two pack epoxy pitch.

The open plan forward area could potentially be partitioned to create a separate forward cabin, and we have obtained an estimate for this to be done should any parties be interested in this information.
Starboard side passage way leads to a spacious bathroom fitted with a wash basin and solid wood vanity unit, Jabsco pump out toilet, full size shower cubicle with thermostatic valve and folding screen and a heated towel radiator.
Access to the large aft deck is via steps, door and a sliding hatch.
A full height hanging locker is located in the passage way, and a separate cabin lies aft with twin bunks at 90 degrees to each other, a double width, full height wardrobe and locker, storage beneath one bunk and the toilet waste tank beneath the second bunk. A large locker above contains the electrical systems and controls.
The interior is nicely fitted in veneered ply and solid oak joinery with laminate flooring throughout. Blinds are fitted to most windows. Internal headroom is over 6'6".
Externally, the large foredeck area has two lockers on each side and a gas locker in the bow.
