Dream of the World You Want to Live in...

Antares 44i - World's Best Liveaboard Catamaran

This is one of the most popular "owner version" catamarans on the market. Designed by Ted Clements who incorporates form and function into his designs. Built as an offshore class A all-weather cruising catamaran, the Antares 44i offers pleasing aesthetics as well as attention to safety.

One of the first things you notice when you enter the saloon is the quality of the fit & finish. The cabinets are solid but light cored wood construction with a rich cherry finish. Teak on plywood flooring eliminates squeaks while tip-toeing to the galley in the middle of the night.

The galley down layout allows for room to operate as a real kitchen, not a weekend camp out. The cook has privacy, plenty of storage and counter space, a custom fridge/freezer located off the floor with no need for stooping. The pass-through to the saloon makes it easy to socialize with guests as well as serve morning coffee or evening sundowners.

Natural light is always a plus to brighten any interior but Antares kicks it up a notch with large 24" portlights which also allows for great cross ventilation.

The cabinetry throughout the boat is curved eliminating stabs from corners while underway. The protected helm allows the captain & crew to stay out of the wind, rain and, of course, the tropical sunshine. The glass dodger is equipped with windshield wipers for better viability. The permanent hardtop includes a removable canvas enclosure.

***This is one of the few catamarans this size that is ICW compliant. At 61' mast height, you can cruise under bridges along the U.S. East coast!***

All the working lines are organized in the cockpit for easy, simple handling. The in-mast furling mainsail allows for infinite reefing as well as making it easy to keep things yachtie without having to rassle with the main at the end of the day.

These are only a few of the highlights offered in the Antares 44i - a true luxury liveaboard catamaran. Better by design.

Set sail with no reasons to get back!
