DESCRIPTION

Summary

The Weymouth 34 "CAVATINA" is a highly capable and well proven, John Askham designed Nelson 34 hull located in Argyll Country, United Kingdom. This 1981 boat has benefited from extensive refitting of the engine and on-board systems, and offers a generous master cabin aft including en-suite second heads. The extensive inventory includes Twin BMW Marine D636TA engines, 178hp, TwinDisc MG502 hydraulic reversing marine gearboxes, Mastervolt 230VAC – 12VDC battery charger, Raymarine Pathfinder Chartplotter / Radar displays and Icom ICM42G DSCVHF with in-built GPS receiver. Also included are stainless steel davits, Francis search light and Valiant D270 RIB. This is the only aft cabin example of the Weymouth 34 to have been built and available for immediate viewing by prior appointment in Oban, Scotland.

The Weymouth 34 is built around the highly capable and well proven, John Askham designed Nelson 34 hull. Hulls were moulded by Halmatic with a variety of builders then finishing the final fit out with the layouts below decks varying slightly.

CAVATINA is believed to be the only aft cabin example of the Weymouth 34 to have been built. Designed with a generous master cabin aft including en-suite second heads her layout is ideally suited to extended cruising or living aboard. Benefitting from extensiver refitting of her engines and on-board systems in the current ownership she has the potential to be very nice and unique cruiser. Her extensive inventory includes:
