(The condition or level of safety equipment on board is not to be negotiated on following survey. It is likely to be listed by most surveyors but is not structural or an integral working part of the vessel and is not to be used to further negotiate the price down after survey. We strongly suggest that for your own personal safety that when purchasing a yacht you provide new safety equipment rather than relying on second hand gear.)

Owners Comments

Originally from Whitby in Yorkshire, UK. The owner then had her transported to Greece, where she has been used solely for owner holiday sailing. Limited seasonal use and always winterised on the hard. All owners have taken great care of her.

Taking her age into consideration, she is a solid, serviceable yacht with wonderful spacious accommodation for her modest size. Perfectly suited to comfortable long term cruising, she is completely watertight from below and above, well kitted, safe, strong, comfortable, and ready to go. A great opportunity.
