There is everything to like about this ever popular Westerly Griffon with a fin keel. And this includes a more recent 29hp Nanni engine installation. She is in great condition and has been well maintained with thoughtful and useful additions.
Description
The Westerly Griffon was first made back in 1979, with over 400 of these excellent yachts being built. A popular and safe family cruising yacht, with up to six berths and 6ft headroom in the main saloon. This 1979 fin keel Westerly Griffon is in great condition, has been very well maintained and has a lot of nice touches.
A more recent 29hp Nanni diesel engine was installed in 2016, with under 100 hours run and the hull has just been antifouled.

Forward cabin: has two single V berths with an infill cushion to convert to a double berth. Shelving, under berth storage,
deck portlights, opening roof hatch and hull lined with carpet. Access to chain locker. From forward cabin, towards saloon, heads compartment
to port and hanging locker to starboard
Saloon: has port and starboard bench settees. Port settee has an extension board to convert to a double berth, starboard settee can be used as a single berth. Dining
table folds down from a stowed position on the bulkhead. Port and starboard deck portlights and storage. Galley to starboard and quarter berth to port. A hinge-down chart deck on saloon berth to port by forward bulkhead. Central steps up over engine cover to cockpit. Bottom step is also a useful locker.
Heads: New Jabsco sea toilet with Blakes valves, sink on slides to move into position, cold water supply, good storage and deck portlight.
Galley: Cooker two ring gas stove with grill and oven, sink, coolbox and cold water supply.
