Main cabin or saloon is spacious and comfortable, with recent and attractive upholstery throughout the boat - a huge saloon table, with two large holding leaves will seat six comfortably and bags of stowage in  attractive well-made lockers - even the back-rests will lift to increase bunk width.!

A smallish but effective chart table with navigation instruments realistically placed is opposite a good-size galley complete with a recent Vanessa cooker, refrigeration and pressurised hot and cold water  throughout the boat. Lavac sea toilet and H&C pressurised water and shower unit.

Aft  cabin is accessed through the cockpit - will sleep two adults or is area splendid private cabin for the children!

Blessed with a recent Beta 35 hp engine, power is adequate and this reliable power unit will ensure  safe manoeuvring.

Being a Ketch rig, sails are  all of a reasonable size and condition considered reasonable after a few minor repairs, has the benefit of easy sail -handling and flexible sail plan choice.

Running rig needs a good wash, but it is all there and reefing arrangements is standard.
